The Courtyard Lofts is a trendy and unique apartment community located in the vibrant Benton Park neighborhood, with quick access to I-44 and close to all of the amenities that the area has to offer! Nearby you'll find tons of local shops and restaurants on South Grand, while there are plenty of outdoor spaces around like Gravois Park, Benton Park, and Tower Grove Park. These townhome-styled lofts are thoughtfully designed with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and a relaxing community courtyard. The living room and kitchen have wide open spaces, and both floors have one bedroom and one bathroom. All units have a washer/dryer combo inside. Utilities: Tenant pays electric, and a prorated share of water, sewer, and trash. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee. Parking: Two spots in the garage included in lease. Pet policy: All cats and dogs are welcome. Maximum two pets. $250 non-refundable pet fee. With one pet, pet rent is $25/month; with two pets, pet rent is $35/month. All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application for residency. Application fee is $55/applicant. We will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. We would require all occupants to make 3 times the monthly rental amount in gross income, collectively. A 675 FICO2 or higher credit score is required, and the score is pulled from Experian.
