Cullom Flats

Cullom Flats is a small quad-plex community in the 5 Points South neighborhood. While the master bedroom is spacious, the 2nd bedroom is small and we recommend it as an office. Each apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, a terrace or balcony, and plenty of natural lighting. Each apartment has central air and heating, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher along with the essentials like a refrigerator and stove. The apartments are a short walk to the UAB Campus and are also close to the entrance/exit of Interstate 65 which gives quick access to Homewood, Downtown Birmingham, and Hoover. New residents will need to set up their own water/sewer accounts with Birmingham Water Works and electric accounts with Alabama Power, and natural gas accounts with Spire Gas.
