This Aparthotel-studio unit with a full kitchen room rents out by the week (7 days) upto 29-consecutive days at $51.38/day plus TOT tax with a major credit card (no debit cards) and $500 security deposit. If needed beyond the initial 29-day stay, we can approve an Extended Stay (that is permitted via California Code Section 1904.1) with a soft credit and background check via a third party company at the rate with Rent=$1490/month (tax exempt), Security Deposit=$1490, with no time limit. Additional $125 rent for 2 people. Addition $400 rent for stays less than 6 months. 2 people maximum.

DESCRIPTION:
This kitchen studio unit in a small (bohemian) motel community features a large bedroom/living area and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen received new granite counters with a 9"-deep stainless steel sink, an upgraded 4 burner stove/oven, refrigerator, cabinets, and a built-in spice pantry in the kitchen. Bathroom has new wood-look porcelain tile floors, shower with porcelain handles and spa filter and a toilet.
The well cared for unit comes with it's own parking space and utilities included (water, trash, electric, gas). NO PETS. Space suited for Single Occupancy; Maximum is strictly 2 people. These units of the Vintage Motel (New Star Motel) are residental-like studios; so there are no motel amenities included. No laundry facilities on site. No internet or phone services provided. WIFI/Internet available in area at separate cost. Gardening areas available. Residents will be provided with House Rules prior to renting. It's hard to find your own private room with your own kitchen area in this price range so make sure to jump on this great opportunity now. NO PETS. NO SMOKING on premises, including inside unit.
