Emerald Place Apartments is a 45-unit, 3-story complex located in the Broadview/Bitterlake area of North Seattle. It is located within 2 blocks of Seattle's top-notch Broadview Thompson K-8, the Bitterlake Community Center and park, and the Seattle Public Library's Broadview branch. It is on the #5 busline. You are 10-minutes away from Shoreline Community College, North Seattle College, Northwest Hospital and the new light rail stations being built at I-5 and N. 145th St. We currently offer three units for a July 1st move-in! Two of these apartments are 680 sq. ft. one-bedrooms located on the first-floor of the building and rent for $1550/month plus utilities.
