The chef-inspired kitchen boasts sleek flat-panel cabinetry, durable quartz countertops, an island with breakfast bar seating, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher, microwave, and built-in oven), and a full stock of cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a blender and coffee maker. Essential Stay Details Secure parking is included in your monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are built for standard-size vehicles; please notify us if you have a non-standard vehicle to ensure seamless accommodations. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $390 added at the time of booking. Optional bi-weekly or weekly cleaning services can also be scheduled on an hourly basis to meet your preferences. As a Canadian-based company, our baseline rates are listed in CAD. While some international platforms may auto-convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. We accept direct payments from all major credit cards except American Express. We have been managing furnished rentals since 2008, we are trusted and insured, and we aim to make owners and clients happy with the right accommodation for their needs. 1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed. It is refundable upon checkout if no damage has occurred to the unit/house. 3. If your stay is more than 30 days, there will a mid-stay cleaning fee added after every 30 days. 4. Please note you must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. 5. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
