Studio apartment at the Fireside Apartments, available for sublease on January 1st 2027. Sublease term will be from 1/1/2027 through 8/13/2027 at which point you can renew the lease with the apartment building owner, McBride Companies (pending McBride Companies approval). Rent is $762/month including 1 parking space. Subtenant will be responsible for all utilities. This is a great little apartment for a student or single adult. It's a small space but still has more then enough room to fit a queen sized bed (as seen pictured). My favorite part of the apartment is the sliding glass door that I have my desk setup next to. It means on a nice day I can open the door while working and enjoy the nice weather - it really makes the apartment feel bigger then it is. You also have a private patio that's a great place to enjoy a coffee or beer from. The building has been designed to encourage community between the residents and has great community areas both indoors and outdoors. Neighbors are some of the best I've ever been around, respectful of privacy but always ready to lend a hand when needed. I have truly loved living here and would keep renting for a long time if I didn't need to move for work. The apartment has all electric appliances and an a/c unit that keeps it cool in the winter. Electric heating units built into the walls do a great job keeping it warm in the winter. Tenant has full control over temperature. The apartment has shared coin laundry in the basement, I've never had a problem with availability. There is also bike storage and some storage units in the basement for extra stuff. Storage units are first come first served. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I will be moving all my stuff out but I am very willing to sell a lot of the furniture for cheap to a new subtenant - the less I need to move the better!
