Flatiron Lofts

This unit is located on the second floor of 2600 Northridge Parkway. It features a 2 story layout and has a rooftop patio. This unit is leasing for the 2025-26 lease year. When you lease here you also get access to the Somerset Pool and Community Clubhouse AND a membership to Ames Fitness Center. Tenants are responsible for their electricity, water and gas. When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications. All applications must be submitted together. Units are not secured until all applications have been approved and the lease is signed. Dogs and cats are allowed at this property. They require a one time fee of $250 and $50 pet rent per month. Pets MUST be approved by management before moving in. One pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management.
