She has two cats so it would be preferred if you didn't have any pets, but this is negotiable. She has two jobs, she works over 40 hours a week, so you may not see much of her. The ideal roommate would be a female, at least 21, preferably not older than 30, but we can be flexible. You will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. You will also have your own balcony, but there is a shared storage shed on the balcony, so she may need to access it once in a while. The entire house is fully furnished, except for your bedroom. Washer and dryer is on-site. All utilities are split 50/50, approximately $75-100/month. There is plenty of parking. Located near 50th and Garrison Street. Close to shopping and walking trails. $850/mo. and $850 deposit. This is a month to month lease and again, first month is free, with a 3 month minimum stay.
