High speed internet, cable (over 250 channels), electricity, water, garbage, and sewer are all included in the seasonal rent but for annual there is a flat fee of $110 per month for utilities. For seasonal/short term rental, tenant pays the entire rent and taxes upfront plus the security deposit (equal to one month) and cleaning fee ($250).
