The condo is located at the South end of the Island near to the bridge across the street from the Beach Water Park and also in front of the Holiday Inn next to the beach. It is few blocks from Isla Blancha Park and Jetties for Fishing as well as walking distance from various restaurants and bars. Next the brewery/Ale house being built. Being on the 5th floor you have a great view of pool, beach, and Space X launches. It has tile floors for easy clean up and pets. The bedroom and Livingroom have ceiling fans. The bedroom has a large closet and the kitchen has pantry. The condo is not only furnished in the bedroom and living room but also has what you need in the kitchen and bathroom. There is internet available inside and outside the condo provided by Gulf View I as well as private High Speed Spectrum internet available in the room. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom.
