Pets must be approved and there is a pet fee of $400.00 (per pet). The monthly rent is $525.00. You must make 3 times the monthly rent to qualify ($1,575). We prefer you have been at your job for at least 6 months. Deposit is $250.00. We are looking for a tenant to move in as soon as possible.
