Lakeview Village Ph 1 and Ph 2 - Unclaimed

Mesopotamia, Bundysburg, Barnes Corners and Burton Station are rural communities in northeastern Geauga County, where open farmland, wooded roads and small village centers shape daily life. The area has four distinct seasons, with snowy winters and warm, often humid summers. Mesopotamia’s town center is known for its historic red-brick town hall and traditional square; nearby Burton adds a village green and seasonal community events. Outdoor time often means country-road cycling, walks among fields and woods, or visits to local parks and trails. Dining and coffee options are more scattered than in a city, with local eateries and shops clustered in village centers and along regional routes. Residents generally rely on a car for errands and commuting, while the surrounding roads connect the communities to Middlefield and other county towns.
