A detached main home is located on the property and is rented out separately. The fenced-in yard and utilities are shared between the residents. Washer/dryer are NOT included. Rent includes: water/sewer, trash collection, and lawn care. The guest house is responsible for 30% of the whole property's electricity, and 50% of the internet.
