This one bedroom apartment is the entire top floor of a triplex which was totally renovated. It features hardwood floors, a new ceramic bathroom, ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings, ample closets, and high efficiency furnace. The new kitchen has oak cabinets with a high BTU gas stove. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. Tenants pay very reasonable gas and electric (which should be relatively cheap since we installed a high-efficiency gas furnace). A window AC unit will be installed upon request. There is a private laundry and storage in the basement. This renovated East Liberty 3 unit building is located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. It is a block from the bus stop, and just a short walk to Whole Foods, Target, the express busway, Home Depot, Starbucks and much more.
