Guest spots, and additional street parking close by. Gas heat, and fireplace. No smoking. Small ( 20lb) quiet pets are allowed with non-refundable cleaning deposit. First month, last month, $2000 refundable deposit, $250 non-refundable move in fee (HOA) and $250 per pet non-refundable cleaning fee if pet is present. (Cats and under 20lb quiet dogs allowed.) Gas, water and sewer are included. Renter pays all other utilities. Renter insurance required. Non-smoking (inside) 2 unrelated adults maximum with a total maximum of 4 people Application requires credit and qualification check at renters expense and proof of income exceeding 3x rent. (purely a passthrough expense to the provider I use) Other restrictions/requirements to be provided at time of application, but will include: 725+ credit score Criminal history check Rental references may be required Landlord uses standard credit check services and lease agreements from RHA of Puget Sound and adheres to all local rental laws. If multiple names are to be on the lease then each will need to complete check Require 2 weeks for initial checks to clear before occupation, unless cash or very specific cashier check requirements are met (Incl. in person meeting at bank to acquire check.) All deposits, last month rent, etc... collection will adhere to Kirkland rental law, discuss with landlord for any questions or details.
