The complex has a very good group of tenants. The unit is within walking distance to Overton Park and conveniently located to St. Judes; the medical district; the UT medical and dental schools; the University of Memphis; Rhodes College; and the Southern School of Optometry. The unit is also within 5 minutes of two of Memphis's most popular entertainment districts: Overton Square and Cooper-Young. These entertainment districts offer live theater, a movie theater, and numerous eclectic restaurants and watering holes.
