Gregory, Leonardsburg, Rathbone, Stratford and Troyton are communities within a largely rural part of Delaware County, with open farmland and rolling central Ohio terrain shaping the setting. The four-season climate brings warm summers, cold winters and changing fall colors. Outdoor recreation is a draw, with the broader area offering country roads and green spaces for walks and cycling; check local access and conditions before heading out. Everyday dining, coffee and shopping are more spread out than in a town center, while nearby Delaware offers a wider mix of restaurants, cafés, shops and cultural events. A car is useful for getting between these communities and nearby destinations, with regional roads connecting the area to central Ohio. For ZIP code 43015, the median rent is $2,191 per month, with a typical range of $770 to $10,321.
