The building contains 18 studio apartments, 29 one-bedroom apartments, and 10 two-bedroom units. The units can come furnished. All units have new thermo-pane windows and electric wall heat allowing tenants to control how warm or cool they like their individual apartment. All apartments are wired for phone, cable TV and DSL internet. FREE internet is available to all tenants in the lobby area.
