You can also bicycle commute into Boulder via the Cottonwood trail system. The neighborhood also has food truck parties near the park in the summer. Very pet friendly neighborhood including the Gunbarrel Commons Park and the dog park around Twin Lakes which is about a 15 minute walk. I allow up to 2 dogs in the unit. 12 month lease preferred available August 1. No smoking in the unit. Parking is free on-site in un-reserved parking spots in the complex. Max 2 vehicles per unit per HOA. Water, trash, and HOA fees are included. Renter is responsible for electricity/gas, and internet.
