You don't need a car in downtown Bainbridge. Parking is included for one car, though. A few minutes' walk to the water and hiking trails. Hardwood floors throughout the unit. Fully functioning kitchen with all the amenities you could want. One big bedroom and one full-size bathroom. Huge living room and sitting area. Plenty of storage in the unit. All the amenities of a home. Balcony faces the street. A great spot to sit and drink your morning coffee while you people-watch. We are on the first floor if you enter from the street. If you park in the covered parking, it is one flight of stairs up. Laundry is downstairs in a locked, designated room. The HOA requires a minimum one-month lease; a six-month or longer lease is preferred and qualifies for a discount. However, we accept leases of two to six months. Gas, electric, WIFI are included in the price. A nonrefundable pet fee and cleaning fee are required at the time of application. As well as a refundable deposit. This additional deposit will cover any extensive cleaning fees the housecleaning crew feels are necessary, as well as replacing anything missing or damaged.
