Rental History: Satisfactory rental history, including review of prior evictions and outstanding rental debts.
Security Deposit: $3,400.
Pet Policy: Dogs and cats permitted, maximum weight of 30 lbs per pet, subject to approval. An additional refundable pet deposit of $350 per approved pet is required, subject to applicable deposit limits. Legally protected assistance animals are exempt from pet restrictions and pet deposits.
Renters Insurance: Required before move-in, with minimum personal liability coverage of $100,000, subject to applicable law.
Application Requirements: All prospective occupants 18 years of age or older must submit a separate rental application and undergo applicable screening.
Application Fees: A separate screening fee may apply to each adult applicant, collected and refunded in accordance with California law.
