April October 2026/2027: $2,500/month Please inquire regarding minimum-stay requirements and availability. Wiggins Lakes & Preserves limits rentals to three lease periods per calendar year, so availability may vary depending on previously booked leases. For leases of more than six months of continuous residence, Florida transient-rental taxes generally do not apply. Included with seasonal rentals: Owner pays water, high-speed internet, basic cable television and electricity up to $150 per month.
