This 2 Bedroom + 2 Bath apartment, located on the second floor, has been recently updated to include new flooring throughout, all new kitchen appliances and fixtures... and it's been freshly painted. Each bedroom is an "en-suite" with one bedroom facing our interior courtyard and the other bedroom facing south, off Idaho street. Because this unit is on our second floor, the balcony and dining room have great elevated views of the tree-lined street. The living room area also faces south, so you'll get good light throughout the day. While this unit has no central A/C, tenants are allowed to use the portable units. We are an all-electric building.... so no gas bill for tenants! Laundry is located in our parking garage, with new machines, as of this year. They are app-enabled, but you can also use coins if needed. Apartment comes with 1 parking spot, located below the building in our parking garage, which is gated and secure.
