AnaCapri by Megatel Homes is a new home community in Anna, Texas, just west of Anna High School. Families are served by highly rated Anna ISD schools, including [Elementary School], [Middle School] and Anna High School. Inside, modern floor plans offer open-concept living, stylish kitchens and room to grow. Anna is one of Collin County's fastest-growing cities, with the friendly small-town feel families love. Enjoy the trails at Slayter Creek Park, the fishing pier at Natural Springs Park and the train-themed playground at Sherley Heritage Park, then grab a pint at 3 Nations Brewing or a glass of wine at BarnHill Vineyards. With quick access to US-75, McKinney, Allen and Dallas are all within easy reach. Lagoon Living Is Making Waves in Anna AnaCapri is being built around something Anna has never seen: a resort-style lagoon designed to make every day feel like a getaway. Picture racing down the waterslide tower on a summer afternoon, catching a wave on the surf simulator or spending a lazy weekend by the water with the whole crew. When you're ready to recharge, there's a fitness center and yoga studio, and when the sun goes down, the fun moves indoors with a bowling alley and an arcade, all part of the plan for this one-of-a-kind community. Lagoon life is coming to Anna ISD, and the homeowners who get in early will have the best seats in the house.
