      There have been a few minor issues with the home, missed lawn care service and incorrect date provided when lawn would eventually be serviced, and a small miscommunication on how to properly log a warranty claim. Other than that, we have been happy with our purchase overall and look forward to our time in our Brohn home.

      Our closing experience was extremely frustrating and fraught with tension. We felt rushed during the walk-throughs, and were given next to no time to look around carefully WITHOUT someone talking to or distracting us. We also felt bullied into closing before the house was move-in ready. This is the 3rd new build we've purchased, and by far the worst experience. We've had a number of issues since moving in just a month ago. Not feeling good about the new place at this point.
