Building in limited quantities means Frank can provide hands-on monitoring of trades and suppliers, confirming that members of the team have completed their work fully so that the home can move forward to the next stage. Their philosophy of “building it right the first time” means Frank is on site virtually every day so that he can inspect the new homes progress and provide insight into corrections or solutions to possible issues down the road.
