Homestead Acres by Stepping Stone Homes

Homestead Acres is located in the Village of Caledonia, Racine County, just south of Franksville. The development will be between Hwy. K and Dunkelow Road, north of Airline Road. This subdivision covers approximately 70-acres and will contain 50 single family lots and 52 duplex condominium units, which will be completed in phases. The subdivision conforms with the Village of Caledonia Conservation Subdivision Ordinance. The subdivision contains numerous outlots that will be maintained in perpetuity by the Homeowner's Association. All of the outlots will be protected under a Conservation Easement Agreement. Airline Road will cross Hwy. K and enter the subdivision as Haymeadow Road and will connect to Dunkelow Road. Located along this section of Haymeadow Road will be a bike trail. There will be two Homeowner's Associations, one for the single family homes and one for the condominium homes.
