Floor plan: Kirkland, Parkland Grove, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404

The Kirkland is a new floor plan for us, and it has been a new fan favorite! The living room, kitchen, and dining room are each in their own space but create an open and cohesive feel. The Kirkland has a large drop zone coming in from the garage that opens into an oversized laundry room. Upon entering the front door, there is a large entryway that leads into the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Straight ahead, you enter the living room & kitchen space which is flooded with windows. Off the dining room is a deck that can be covered, screened in, or fully enclosed. The large master suite is tucked away just off of the main living space.
