My overall experience was not that great but thank God I had a realtor. It was hard to get in touch with the staff; they would not return calls. The day of my signing my house was not completed. The shelves for the closets were not put in; there were several scuff marks on the walls. Nails were protruding from the the dry wall; my master bedroom tub wall and sealing around the tub was incomplete. The door view glass was not installed to see who is at the door. Several corners were incomplete for the walls. Overall I love the house, I just didn't appreciate the lack of refinement for the overall build. It took away some of the joy we had for owning our first home.
