Sallee Family Farm by Tourneys, LLC

The world is changing faster than most people expected given AI. Work, cost of living, and daily life are all shifting, and more people are starting to rethink how and where they live. This community was designed with that future in mind, offering a simpler, more efficient way of living that reduces overhead while increasing quality of life. It's not about giving anything up, it's about gaining control, flexibility, and peace of mind in a world that feels increasingly unpredictable. Set on 40 acres of natural Kentucky landscape, this cottage-style tiny home garden community is built around connection, sustainability, and outdoor living. Residents will share access to a community garden, a central firepit gathering space, and a roadside farmers market where what's grown can be shared or sold. Surrounded by open land, wildlife, and quiet, this is a place where neighbors know each other, where life slows down, and where the environment works with you, not against you. It's a different kind of neighborhood, designed for those ready to live with intention. -40 acres of exploring -Community Gardens to grow home grown vegetables and fruits -Free Lawn Care -Community Fire Pit -Free Walmart + plans for food and medication delivery -Campbellsville University and the town of Campbellsville only a few miles away
