Buildable plan: Valiant, Somerset Village, Alamogordo, NM 88310

The Valiant floor plan is a smart single-story home designed for simple, comfortable living in a thoughtfully efficient layout. With 819 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a single-car garage, this plan makes the most of every space without feeling overbuilt. An open main living area creates an easy connection between the kitchen, dining and gathering spaces, giving daily routines a natural flow. The private bedroom layout adds comfort and flexibility, while the single-car garage provides practical storage and everyday convenience. Built with intention, The Valiant offers a more attainable path to new construction with the design, care and livability French Brothers Homes is known for.
