My overall experience with LGI I would say at the beginning everything was great until not even a week from moving in our fridge broke down we lost over $ 400 worth of groceries. We called and it took over 1week to get someone to come out to get it fixed. Not even a week later broke again and lost that food. I called to get someone out never got a call back. My husband called they took another 2 weeks to come out to tell us the part they need to order will be in approximately 22 days. I had to dig in my savings for a new fridge since I have a kid and this weather is horrible and at the end of the day eating out or renting a fridge like we were told we should do wasn't an option. Just wish my 1st home experience didn't start like this I wouldn't be complaining.

My experience was fine. The only complaint is that I have had a problem with my refrigerator since moving in. Still having problems.
