Information I was given was not always correct. Communications were not always clear. My closing was postponed because I was being forced to accept a damaged front door. After 3 damaged doors I felt that I had no other choice but to accept. Eagle promised to exchange the front door of the unit next door but when I examined that door,it was not the door from my unit. No Eagle did not follow through with their promise.. My supervisor really had no authority but was there as a "good will" extender. the finishers were very sloppy with chalk in many areas. The back door was installed backwards and later corrected with a new door. Previous one was damaged when someone tried to break in. Please come and view the concrete outside my unit (1718A), at all the splochesof paint on the concrete as well as a chipped step. After the closing, a number of things I had to call different persons to find out necessary information, which was very frustrating. It is very hard to feel like I have a new unit.
