AR Homes by Marcus Allen

AR Homes® by Marcus Allen Homes is a luxury custom home builder serving Northeast Florida, including St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, Nocatee, Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, and surrounding communities. Since 2000, our locally operated team has been designing and building distinctive custom homes with an emphasis on architectural character, exceptional craftsmanship, and a personalized building experience. As an AR Homes builder, we combine the resources, experience, and proven building practices of a nationally recognized luxury home brand with the personal attention of a local builder. Our portfolio of award-winning home designs provides an inspiring starting point, while each home can be thoughtfully personalized to reflect the homeowner's lifestyle, aesthetic, and homesite. We specialize in custom homes and build-on-your-lot opportunities, working with homeowners who are purchasing or already own property throughout Northeast Florida. Our team can help evaluate a homesite, determine which home designs are best suited to the property, and guide buyers through the design and construction process. We build in many of Northeast Florida's most desirable communities, including River Landing, Glen Kernan, Veranda Bay, Madeira, Marsh Harbor, and other premier communities, as well as on privately owned homesites. From the first conversation through completion, our focus is on delivering a refined, highly personalized experience and a home that feels truly individual.
