Heritage Housing Partners (HHP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1998 with a mission to expand attainable homeownership opportunities through thoughtfully designed residential communities across Southern California. HHP develops market-quality, energy-efficient homes that support long-term neighborhood vitality and provide affordable and workforce homeownership opportunities in high-cost housing markets. Focused on communities including Pasadena, South Pasadena, and Glendale, HHP creates residences designed to complement the architectural character of surrounding neighborhoods while expanding access to homeownership for first-time buyers and working households. To date, HHP has helped over 200 income-qualified households achieve homeownership and maintains a development pipeline of more than 100 homes, reflecting a long-standing commitment to creating quality housing opportunities.
