Jade Homes is a custom home builder in Corpus Christi, Texas, building on the Southside and in the London ISD area since 2020. We build just 10 to 15 homes a year, so our builder is personally involved in every home from lot to keys. Homes range from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet and come three ways: fully custom on your lot or ours, semi-custom from one of our floor plans, or move-in ready. Every Jade Home is built around one of three design languages, so every finish and fixture works together from the start. Modern: crisp lines, contrast palettes, statement lighting. Transitional: warm tones, natural wood, timeless finishes. Boutique: stone accents, arched details, distinctive character. What most builders sell as upgrades is our baseline: spray foam insulation, a post-tension cable foundation, solid wood cabinets to the ceiling, 3 cm quartz or granite, and a Lennox energy efficient system. Pricing is clear from day one with transparent allowances, and a dedicated Client Experience Manager guides you through 8 scheduled meetings from pre-construction to closing, with one superintendent and the same trade partners from start to finish. Every home includes the industry standard 2-10 warranty plus the Jade Beyond Warranty, which covers interior items like tile, cabinetry, sheetrock, and doors for 2 years after closing.
