The location on this map is not accurate. This land is near Copake Lake, very close. There are two lots equaling the 0.13 acres. This is only land. It is located off of LeRoy Road or an extension of Melvin Road. Nice wooded land. I believe, there are lake rights to Copake Lake. There is a possibility of building a small home on this piece of property. Just that you would have to go to the zoning/planning board for variances, as well as for the septic (since the septic has to be 100 feet from the well).
