This agricultural property is considered General Field Crop, to Upper End General Field crop type property. Though it is not considered to be Lettuce ground, the property is is good enough quality to grow a variety of crops from forages to some vegetable crops. It can grow Alfalfa, Bermuda Grass, Klein Grass and Sudan Grass as well. It can also grow Sugar Beets, Broccoli, Onions, Sweet Corn, Cantaloupes, Winter and Spring Mix Produce under sprinkler irrigation. The primary soil type is 114, with about a half acre of type 115 soil in the NE corner of the property. 114 Type and 115 Type Soils tend to be on the heavier side. The water delivery ditch is an underground piped delivery which is shared with the property owner to the east.
