Speaking of wildlife, turkey and deer sign are found along the trail and throughout the property. Caswell County is known for great hunting and this property is in a very good area for both turkey and deer. The majority of the timber on this property is mature pine and hardwoods, but you'll also find various other trees that support wildlife. Dogwoods, hickory, walnut and other such important wildlife trees are peppered throughout the tract, and the closed canopy forest in the heart of the property is a place of beauty that makes for awesome walks and great hunting opportunities.
