PRICE DROP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Just 4 miles east of West Frankfort and just off Route 149, here is a great neighborhood to build that house you've been dreaming about. Lots of maturing trees for great shade and landscaping possibilities. Property slopes downhill in the far back part with a little bit of Tilley Creek curling through it. New home located just north of this property so you can get in on the ground floor of adding your new home to this great neighborhood. Could be a great place for that cabin in the woods, too. High speed internet is available on Antioch. Spoke with one of the neighbors, and he says it's a great area in which to live. Come take a look.
