Beautiful beachfront apartament with airy room, unfurnished, with closet, private bathroom, carpet flooring throughout the apartment, except bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment is on the fouth floor of the building (with elevator). The rent is divided, that is, the person will have full access to the rest of the apartment, including laundry within the unit, gym and swimming pool within the condominium, among other amenities. Apartment located in Long Branch, Pier Village. Whoever comes to share our space with us (me and my four-legged daughter) must have self-organization as their main characteristic, to help us keep our home cozy and clean and, of course, really like animals. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If you have small pets, they are lovingly accepted here. Rental duration is annual, with notice of departure at least 60 days in advance. Security deposit will cover damage, renovations, non-payments and others, but if there are no complications, it will be returned at the end. We will have shared tasks such as monthly payments, weekly cleaning, garbage removal and a high commitment not to wear outside shoes inside the apartment. Our guests must follow the same rules and it is our responsibility to ensure this with them.
