Productive clear well-drained rural farmland that will not flood! This land is high and dry, safe and fertile and can be used for crops, livestock or buildings. The land has been used most recently for hay crops (and by deer and turkey for beds and forage) and could most likely qualify as organic. It is hard to find open clean land like this. The rocks were picked off most likely in the mid-1800s and used to build stone walls leaving a great tillable field with views. This would make a great horse ranch! If you need a watering hole for livestock or a pond for recreation, there is a good spring that emerges and flows year-round near the south border. We have had record rains the last two months yet I was able to drive around the field.
