I spoke to the county about this parcel and was told to refer to the plat from 1998 allowing for 6 additional divisions of 30B. The response was as follows: "The attached plat was prepared and recorded in 1998; which created parcel E. You will see the notes identified on this subdivision plat that assigned the remaining division rights to the residue parcel 30B.
