It appears the zoning is Conservative Residential, but do your due diligence with the county surveyor office and the Madison County Health Department with questions about a perk test, etc. Also, check with the appropriate authorities on whether this has floodzone land that will affect the building site. It did NOT appear on the FEMA Flood Map Service Center when I searched it.
