This property was cleared 20 to 25 years ago and not replanted. There is an old stand of hardwoods and some pine with a beaver pond located on the NE corner. The typography is unique because of the high ridge in the back part that would be a beautiful home location. Walking the property there was numerous deer signs. (Tracks, scraps and fresh rubs. See pics) The property is limited due to there isn't a proper access.
