Payment is made through their own unique portal, where you will have access to options in requesting repairs or any maintenance issue you may face. This unit 2021 specifically is for rent over my unit transfer. I am responsible for providing a new tenant. The moving date is Oct 1st, 2021. The facility provides all types of dollies for tenants to move in or heavy/ large mail throughout your lease term. The staff is always helpful! This place is just peace of mind Urby provides diverse tenants and a dog walking area with dog waste bags. I live here with my partner, and we both work remotely. This studio layout gave us the feeling of as if we were in a one-bedroom. This unit is comfortable with two people max. Worrying about Winter? As soon as it is snowing, someone is clearing out the snow. The garage is in the basement keeping your vehicle safe. I have zero complaints.
