Can't decide whether to live in CA or OR, then how about right on the border? I mean literally right along the W side of Hwy 199. At least 2, maybe 3 nice building sites. Year around Creek near N Border. Old spring house just redone, great spot for a pond below. Zoning and some usable frontage along the hwy offers the possiblity of building a residence and some commercial use.
