    Beautiful property to build your dream home! Feels like the country but super convenient to Milton and Hwy 90 and less than 10 minutes to Groceries and Restaurants. High and Dry property has many beautiful hardwood trees on it. Jernagan Acres has recorded covenants that may override current Zoning of Agricultural/Rural Residential which allows for single family home or mobile home (see attached SR CO Land Use brochure and CCR's). Call SR Co to confirm but you can even have horses! 70ft on Hwy 87 leads you back approx 600 feet and then opens up to a large square portion that is roughly 320ft wide by 400ft deep. No utilities on the land but electric and water available at the road. Note the orange flagging tape on either side of the sign to indicate roughly where the north south property lines are.
