The western boundary line follows Hunter Brook, which turns like a horseshoe at this location and almost meets the eastern boundary: Hunter Brook Road. As a result the property naturally divides itself into two sides, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. The northeastern side is larger, more private, and walks right out into the creek bed where you can fish, camp, or just enjoy the sound of the water as it loudly babbles by.
