12/14/2022 update: Camp, hunt and relax on Lick Creek near the recreation amenities of East Lynn Lake! These 24 Acres have not been timbered in 50 years. Home was on property years ago but has been removed. During that time, there was well water. This property is located on State Route 37/14, Left Fork Lick Creek Road. According to WV Flood Map, property is out of the Flood Zone. Left Fork is in good driveable condition until 3688, a brown house that sits back from road on right. Pull off of road and either walk or 4wheel. Even on 4wheel, this is a rough and rocky road and deep ruts in road at times. On 4wheel, I passed 4099 mobile home that sits back from road and you can see this mobile home from the road. Approximately 20 yards, I got off and walked to parcel driveway. There are yellow no trespassing signs on property after 4099 and on tree back of driveway. You will go up a rise and wide driveway is on left. Driveway is on this 24 acre parcel. I input photos of rocky road before driveway on left. I will next try to access this from end of Camp Creek and around the ridge. Left Fork Lick Creek Road should be on right. It is then around 1 mile down to this parcel coming from Camp Creek.
